Food is usually spot on. Service is prompt. Also it is very open and clean feeling.

We have been coming here for many years. It has always been very good, hot, food and plenty of it! Service is prompt and great prices, during lunch especially. 12-3.

Fresh food pleasant staff I have tried several dishes. I like the clean taste of the cashew chicken. Chow mein is tasty and plentiful. Soft drinks served in large glasses.

We moved 3 hours away but make sure to visit with Polly and all every time we come to town. Great food and even better service. Best won ton soup I've ever had.

Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had honestly! We went there late, close to closing, but they were still super nice about it, and they give you alot of food for just 2 people!

First off the food here is extravagant, the staff knows me very well as I am a regular and they usually let you sit where you want so you have some privacy. But overall the quiet zen environment and wait times have made this place my favorite Chinese in Anderson! Definitely recommend this place!

Only gave it a star so I could leave this review. The vegetable plate stunk like they were old, mipotofu was grouse and slimy, and the cungpow smelt like rotten dirty water vegetable. Never will I recommend. Stay away,

Food very bland, poor flavor, 2/3 of the cashew chicken dish was celery, doesn’t serve table’s food at the same time, service lacking. I left feeling completely dissatisfied. Had leftovers that I’m throwing out!

Try the wonton soup, it is what i always get, and it is always the best I've had. The service is amazing, and the staff are very friendly. The price is also very good. It is definitely a great place to bring your family, as they have deals for group sized meals.

My experience with peacock Chinese in the past had always been good.My family and I had been eating there for years but today I stopped in with my friend and we got 2 A dinners and a side of general Tso’s chicken of which we asked to make it spicy we got back to his house and started eating it and it was disgusting. It tasted bland the only thing that even remotely had any flavor at all was the chowmeign and it was subpar, the general chicken tasted and looked like it was freezer burnt it had no spice in it and tasted extremely bland the worst decision I’ve ever made when going to go eat out I wasted $40 on this and I will never go back.

Fresh food,big portions

With the way things are I felt the need to say something. January 22 I ordered a po po platter and a large war won ton soup to go. Finished to platter and half way in to the soup I found a throat losenger wrapper in the soup. And the first week of February I got bronchitis bad. I drove back after finding it and she offered me another but I declined and got my money back for the soup. I've eaten here since it opened but never again

In the past I have had some decent food from peacock restaurant. I don't like complaining and have waited almost 2 months to say something. When we placed an order in may my food had a wad of deep fried plastic wrap which I chewed on then tried to figure out what it was. Well it was plastic wrap. So disgusting I will never eat there again and will not recommend to anyone. So disgusting!! When I called them and told them about it, they did not care and said my food wasn't deep fried! I know it was and they lied to me about it 😪

The food is always good here. It's always fast and never very crowded. Also the people here are very funny, and I mean that in a good way, its always entertaining. I don't like all the pink painted walls but the place is neat and clean and of course great food

We love the "A" Dinner! Chow mein, pork fried rice, deep fried prawns and sweet and sour pork. Yum!

Food was good. Atmosphere bad. We were aerved at different times. When I asked for fried rice instead if steamed the waitress rolled her eyes. Lunch time has the best deals, at night you get ripoed off. No one ever came back to check on us. Couldn't get the waitresses attention had to finally slide all the dishes to the edge of the table to even get our check.

Peacock is always wonderful! I absolutely love the people that run the place. We have been going there for quite a few years now and they greet us like family. When you go, and I highly recommend it, at the end of your dinner order a Tai Tea smoothie. So good. You will enjoy it.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. If you're looking for a nice, mile-high piled plate of food, try out a letter b combination plate for dinner... awesome!

Always a great experience eating here! The ladies working are amazing and always have a great attitude! Whenever we go they always remember our regular orders without hesitating and even the drinks as well! The food is always yummy and fresh with huge serving sizes that you usually have to take home! The hot and sour soup is delicious!! Our family loves this place and would definitely recommend it!
